Shipping and payment

Payment:

Minimum order amount 100 UAH.

Payment for the order is possible:

• Upon receipt;
• To the current account of the individual entrepreneur;
• Payment online (RozetkaPay)

Delivery within Ukraine:

Nova Poshta:

• Free delivery from 1500 UAH. (with 100% prepayment).
• Payment upon receipt (cash on delivery) from 400 UAH.
• Courier delivery is carried out by "Nova Poshta" and is paid by the Buyer regardless of the order amount.

(Cash on delivery tariff – (20 UAH + 2% of the amount).

The shelf life of parcels by mail is 6 days. After this period, the shipment is automatically returned.

Large items are shipped with a 30% prepayment. A product with a volumetric or actual weight of more than 10 kg is considered oversized.

When you receive the goods at a branch or by Nova Poshta courier, you automatically agree with the quality and packaging of the goods. We kindly ask you to check the integrity of the goods exclusively at the post office! In case of any problems, please inform us.

UkrPoshta:

• Free delivery from 1500 UAH. (with 100% prepayment).
• Sending with 100% Prepayment.
• When ordering up to 1500 UAH. – delivery is paid by the recipient.
• Dispatch by Ukrposhta is carried out on Tuesday and Friday if payment is made before 13:00.

When creating a shipment, the main orientation is the index, please indicate it correctly!

Please note that Ukrposhta employees do not always scan shipments on the same day when our courier delivers them. According to Ukrposhta rules, they can be accepted within 3 working days.

When you receive the goods at a UkrPoshta branch, you automatically agree with the quality and packaging of the goods. We kindly ask you to check the integrity of the goods only by mail! In case of any problems, please inform us.

Worldwide delivery:

International delivery:

• International parcels are sent by UkrPoshta and Nova Poshta.
• After sending the goods, you receive a Tracking number with which you can track the parcel on the UkrPoshta website.
• Delivery time: approximately 3-7 weeks.
• We do not send perfumes!

After placing an order, a manager will contact you by email or messenger to confirm the order.

If the parcel is returned outside the territory of Ukraine for any reason, then the money for delivery will not be returned.

Refunds are made after receipt of the package by the sender.
