In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the client may, within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, return the goods purchased in the "MARTSHOP" online store, subject to the fulfillment of all the norms provided for by the Law.
Article 9. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights": The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of good quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased if the product did not satisfy him in shape, size, style, color, size or other reasons why it cannot be used for its intended purpose. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within fourteen calendar days, not counting the day of purchase.
• if his sales receipt (invoice), which was issued to the buyer along with the sold goods, is lost;
• if the product has been used;
• if the packaging is damaged (without packaging);
• if it refers to one of the types of goods;

- goods in aerosol packaging;

Notify the manager of the online store about your intentions by phone. Send goods via Nova Poshta or UkrPoshta. The address where to send, you will be informed by the manager. Shipping is at the expense of the customer. The product is supplied with:
- a sales receipt or invoice for this product (the date of purchase must be no more than 14 calendar days);
- packaging of goods (it must have its original form, which was when purchasing the goods).
The product must not show signs of its use. In case of non-compliance with the above standards, the manager has the right to refuse to accept the goods for return or exchange.
The manager of the online store studies all the information received, after which, within 3 working days, the manager contacts the client to make further decisions according to the options listed below.
Options for solving the problem are discussed with the client, after which appropriate actions are taken. Possible options:
- the lack of goods has been confirmed, the client's demand for the exchange of goods for a similar one - the goods are exchanged for a similar one;
- the defect of the goods was confirmed, the client's requirement for a refund - a refund is made by transferring them to the details provided by the client.
- the defect of the goods was confirmed, the requirement to repair the goods - the manager transfers the goods to the service center, after which the equipment is repaired within 14 - 30 days at the expense of the online store.
- the lack of goods was not confirmed, damage to the goods due to the fault of the client - the manager transfers the goods to the service center, after which the equipment is repaired within 14 - 30 days at the expense of the client.
Upon receipt of the goods at the office or by the courier of Nova Poshta, you will automatically agree with the quality and packaging of the goods. We kindly ask you to check the integrity of the goods exclusively at the post office! In case of any problems please let us know.
